Resistor and capacitor values due to end of life of some components


EME has been assessed and no degradation found. However, degradation was found in EMC compared to the original filing but still within the FCC limits.


This radio continues to meet all FCC emissions requirements for which authorization was granted. However,degradation was found in EMC compared to the original filing but still meet requirements of a Class-2 Permissive Change.

To aid equipment authorization in other countries which accept the United States FCC Grant for Certification, TYT ELECTRONICS CO., LTD is requesting that the FCC lists the frequencies 136-174 & 400-480MHz, under FCC Rule Parts 22 and 90 on the FCC Grant.

TYT ELECTRONICS CO., LTD attests that the Is Digital Radio will not be marketed to USA users with the frequency band which is not allowed by the rule part 22 and 90.
